9 countries in 9 weeks! Some examples of what we will cook are rice paper rolls (Vietnam), scones jam and cream (English) and Sushi (Japan). We will make a combination of sweet and savoury dishes, alternating them each week. At the start of each lesson, I will introduce the country and speak about the dish we are going to make.
