 Yoga is the union of the Body and Mind” all classes are based on developing physical strength and flexibility and incorporate breath work, concentration and relaxation that helps to support a healthy mind.

Adult Yoga (Upper secondary and upwards) an opportunity for teachers / parents and older students to practice yoga. A class that focuses on physical strength and flexibility with the additional use of breath work, concentration and relaxation. Kelsey Talor is an qualified Yoga instructor, OIS mom who has owned her own studio previously and has 20 years experience. Come and enjoy her Yoga classes!!
