Primary School

Meeting the needs of each individual

In Primary, your child will embark on an enriching educational journey. With engaging cross-curricular topics and personalized attention in small classes, we'll help them soar to their full potential.

The core subjects of the Primary curriculum are Literacy, Mathematics and the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).The Literacy curriculum is supported by following the Hamilton Trust literacy scheme, scoping a Year 1 through to Year 6 continuum of learning. The Mathematics curriculum is taught via the Stepping Stones scheme, sequencing our students’ learning throughout their Primary years. Our students study the International Primary Curriculum, which is an enquiry based integrated thematic programme of study, covering elements of history, geography, science, social and cultural studies.

Specialist teachers deliver other key subjects that are important components of our curriculum, including Art, Music, Physical Education, Digital Skills, Norwegian Language and Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE).

Primary age group: 5-11 years
