YOGA CLASS (OIS parents)

Yoga unites the body and mind.  The physical practise develops strength, balance and flexibility of the body through movement and as we focus on the physical practise our concentration encourages strength and clearness of the mind.  In each class our main focus is the physical movement of yoga but the classes also include breathwork, relaxation and if requested some meditation.  The style of yoga is mainly Hatha but can include Vinyasa and some Yin Yoga. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediates, as variations are given for each pose. Mats are provided just bring yourself and wear clothes you can move in.
