Athletics YR 6 - 9


The third season with Athletics takes place both inside in the gymnasium at OIS and outside toward the end of the course. We will work on running technique, endurance, strength, agility, plus basics of long jump, high jump and throwing, modified for conditions inside. The following athletics course will benefit those who would like to build up their fitness and improve athletics skills. There may be the odd Friday that is moved to Monday morning (this will be communicated to the group and parents within 7 days of the change)
